My New “WHY” :)

I love my new why, however, is it really new or did I just not see it clearly when I started. After about a week into my 100 workout challenge things seemed to fall into place. Things seemed to click in my head as well as my soul. I felt happier and I saw things in a new light.

I became a Health and Fitness Influencer to help others! I have always wanted to help others since I was little, I just never knew how. I wanted to make a big impact on other lives and make them happy with themselves and their own lives. When I signed up as a coach I lost sight of that only focusing on getting my business off the ground,I stopped worrying about myself and just wanted to help others. The key to success is when you help yourself first then you can help others. I didn’t see it that way until about a week into my 100 workout program.

The whole first month I couldn’t figure out why my business wasn’t picking up? Why no one seemed to want my help? Well it had to do with me not helping myself. With me not showing them how I help myself so I can help them. Once I started showing them I was committed to something, that I was determined to change my lifestyle more people seemed interested in what I was doing. I got more questions about what I was doing, I got lots of love back on how inspiring I was. People started asking me questions! I loved it! It felt great and I was happy with the way my program was working. I was happy seeing results in my body and how much stronger I was. I was happy that more people were interested in what I was doing.

So in all this, by showing up for myself first I was able to help others. I was able to encourage others to try it too. My ‘WHY’ has always been and will always be to help myself so that I may help others to live long successful happy lives. So we can all get what we dream and hope for. Lets make it happen today! No more waiting, no more excuse! Lets get going today! I’m ready! Are you?
